Job Description:
INTERPOL’s Internship Programme welcomes candidates from any of our 194 member states.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting correspondence in English, and/or Spanish for law enforcement recipients in member countries;
- Supporting the creation and editing of digital training videos ;
- Supporting the drafting of a range of training-related reports and documents;
- Formatting training documents and PPTs according to set guidelines and the training’s visual identity;
- Supporting the delivery of digital training, including small private online courses and educational webinars;
- Conduct open source research on a range of topics;
- Supporting the Directorate’s administrative tasks, in particular as they relate to requests for support from other units;
- Carrying out any other duty assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Basic knowledge of the principles of adult education
- Basic knowledge of e-learning authoring tools would be an asset
- Basic knowledge of international law enforcement cooperation
- Basic knowledge of e-learning authoring tools
- Ability to design/create PPT and Video templates;
- Eager to learn and work in multiple projects and tasks
Qualification & Experience:
- Be enrolled in, or have graduated from, a post-secondary accredited academic institution no later than the past one year in a field related to international relations, law enforcement, adult education, or digital training.
